More Than Pottery

There is something sacred about slowing down.

Whether it's gathering around the table with family, enjoying a quiet cup of coffee before the day begins, or lighting a candle as the evening winds down, I believe the objects we welcome into our homes can gently invite us to pause, breathe, and remember what matters most.

That is the heart behind Three Pottery.

My journey into pottery began in Brandon, Mississippi, alongside my daughter, Aubrey. She has always loved creating, whether with clay, slime, paint, or anything she could shape with her imagination. We decided to take pottery classes together, and what began as a father-daughter adventure quickly became something we both loved. After receiving pottery wheels and a kiln for Christmas, our home became a place of learning, experimenting, and creating side by side. We celebrated successful firings, learned from cracked pots, and discovered that some of our best memories were made simply working together.

We still create together today. While the pottery you see here is my work, Aubrey continues to inspire me every day with her creativity. Whether we're throwing clay, designing something in CAD, or building it on a 3D printer, creating has become one of the ways we spend time together, and that's a gift I never want to take for granted.

The name Three Pottery carries a story that has followed me my entire life.

My name is Trey, and as the third in my family, I grew up with the nickname Three. Over the years, that name came to represent something much deeper. Throughout Scripture, the number three points us back to God's faithfulness, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; Christ's resurrection on the third day; and the hope, redemption, and new life we have through Him.
